Hog hunting license

    Do the southern states that have wild hogs require a license to hunt them, and do they have closed seasons on them like other protected animals.

    In Texas, it is always open season on feral hogs hunted on private property, but you do have to have a hunting license.

    In Missouri you can hunt them year round,no limit,any where,can use Bait,can't hunt at night.Need Small Game License.

    In Ky, if they are digging up your yard, it's open season pest control. If you just want to hunt them, there's a license and season

    In Florida a license is required if the property being hunted is not personally owned It is always open season on private land but public game management area have limits and, I think, seasons.
