My rain gauge measured 2.5 inches - kept the pond topped off, but a few maters seem to be trying to split and I have got to crank up the lawn mower this week!!

An Amen from me too!! Kept trying to water the garden but seemed like a loosing battle....nothing works like a good soaking rain. Now instead of watering the garden I will need to be weeding...that's ok though!

Rain all around us but missed us! I'll keep saying my prayers but all we can hope for is a pop-up shower. Lucky guys to get a nice rain. Rita

Every inch here is a blessing...we've been in no-burn and drought conditions for months. Tropical Storm Alberto was a welcome relief.

Haven't mowed the grass since May 19th. You could throw a log chain down some of those cracks and hear it rattle for quite awhile.

It was a nasty storm here in Seneca County before it turned into a nice soaking rain in your area. The garden plants got kind of storm beaten, but I think they should recover.
