Along with everything else that's happened, now Queenie, our Boer herd queen has the runs. What do I do to make it stop, it's so bad that she won't eat, not to mention she looks pretty bad. I really need help, thanks in advance. Bye.

Stop all grains....work on 'rebuilding' her stomach to normal levels.
5 cc's Pepto bismol twice daily, give powdered probiotics (found at Tractor supply in the horse section), and make sure Sodium Bicarb is available 24/7.
I found that if I put a good handful of these probiotics, in with the baking soda...they eat the soda more readily.
A goat loses it hydration DANGEROUSLY fast so it's imperative to get some electrolytes in her ASAP. iN a pinch, you can run to the nearest grocery store and pick up unflavored children's pedialyte. I put in in my largest syringe (needle off), and administer as much as she will tolerate.

Thanks but it turns out she was having a miscarriage instead, I'll remember that though in case we do have a bad case of diarhea, with our luck we probably will. Thanks again, bye.
