I had to replace my clutch on my Hardee brushhog tractor. he clutch plate shown here. How tight do i need to tighten these bolts with the springs?

You can see the clutch plates i replaced between the metal plates also. if needed.

I don't know the torque number but here we take them just past snug, place a horizontal mark on the place where it could move, take it to your worst mowing area and try it. If the clutch slips the mark will be misaligned and the bolts would need further tightenings.
