I live with my husband in a small rural town in the south. I have raised beds for vegetable gardening, several fruit trees (which aren't producing much) and we raise cattle. Looking forward to learning from y'all on more gardening tips. I've been gardening for the last 10 years and every year there's always a new challenge that pops up!

Welcome! I'm brand new here also. Have fruit trees and a garden a bunch of types of poultry and game birds, goat and sheep, horses and a couple calves!

My only advice on fruit trees is take care to be extra loving after harvest or they do poorly the following year. I dont know much but from a gentleman that helped with some house siding repairs that used to work in an orchard told me that and I always did until last year when I was ill for a few months... Now this year they are pretty sorry considering the incredible bounties i am used to getting so i think he might have been right!
