After 4 failed attempts at making ketchup my family will eat I'm asking for help! First three batches were turned into, chili sauce, barbecue sauce and spicy BBQ, by the fourth I was tired and I dumped it. Help!!!
I did find this one but didn't try it because I wasn't sure it was safe to can. Maybe I should just can plain tomato paste and make up small batches as we need them. I need to substitute out the corn syrup but I'll post here if it turns out! Thank you

If I was going to do it all again, I'd cook the spices for longer to get a more spicy taste going, boil down the vinegar spices much longer. It turned out good, spicy would have been better.
