I have a oberhasli doe and this morning when i went to milk, her udder was not full and she has some mucus on her vulva,
she gives about a half gallon a day milking once but today she gave a quart.
    Is she in heat?
What are the signs of heat?
I have never done this before because when I bought her she was bred.

Those are signs of heat... Is she doing anything else out of the ordinary?

Ours get REALLY loud when they're in heat. They stand by the gate and cry.

Sounds like heat to me. But she was supposed to have been bred when you bought her? How long ago was that? How long has she been lactating?

If there is another goat breeder nearby you can ask for a buck rag. An old glove or sock or hand towel that they'll rub all over the buck's head, beard, chest, front legs. Good smelly parts of him. Keep the rag sealed in a coffee can and let her smell it. If she's in heat, just the smell of the buck will make that tail wag. Our does get quite vocal too.

Sounds like today is the day for your girl to meet a nice buck.
Good luck she may or may not stand still for his advances the first day of heat. Standing heat is when she is ready and willing and stands still. So goes the name standing heat.
If you miss this cycle not to worry she will come around again in 18 to 22 days.

Flushing is when you increase your does feed a bit so that she is likly to flush more eggs during ovulation. This increases your chance of multipals. :)

You can expect your doe to come back into heat in 18-23 days (21 days is the most common) Heat can last from 18-36 hours (2 days is most common) I have read does bred in the begining of estrus are more likly to concive doe kids, but who knows
