    Have any of you ever tried or made chocolate from goat's milk? How did you do it? was it comparible to cow's milk? taste diffrence? Any recipes? Techniques?

    exactly what do you mean by "making chocolate" ? I've made fudge with goats milk that came out great...chocolate and peanut butter

    as in milk chocolate.... but ohhhhh fudge!!! sounds yummy!!!!

    Do you mean hot cocoa? Or just regular chocolate milk? I've done both -- as long as the milk is fresh and good, you do it the same way as with cow milk.

    You can buy hersheys chocolate syurp in a squeeze bottle and put in a few squirts and it is oooooh so good. :) :) :)

    ... as in the candy bar.. hard candy chocolate.... this is harder to describe what I'm looking for than I thought it would be. lol. What I want to make is "chocolate candies" like an Easter bunny chocolate. hehe

    from looking into it making chocolate from base ingredients (cocoa , lecitin (sp?), milk, vanilla) is quite an endeavour...have you ever made chocolate this way before?

    I haven't... but friends of mine have, and it's them that wanted to know if they could use my goat's milk to do so.... (I'm alergic to cocoa) Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

    don't see how it would be too very different.. butterfat being about the only variable I could imagine

    Thank you.... not knowing the average fat content in cow's milk... I guess I'll just tell my friends the content of my milk and let them worry about it..? I really have no clue on this one... I'm the "Goat Lady"... not the "chocolate woman"... lol.
