hardening off in bulk

I know how to harden off seedlings before transplanting, but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for hardening off several hundred of them? It's a lot of work to move that many in & out daily!

I'm not afraid of hard work - just trying to simplify things some!

I've been thinking of something like that, but it will require building said shelter. Right now I'm starting in my basement - tractor won't fit :)

Rather than trying to move several hundred starts, use an oscillating fan.
I know that helps make stronger plants but not sure how it helps to adapt to outdoor conditions (other than air movement)?

I use a darkening mesh sold for gardening that goes over a frame. It cuts the sun and wind enough but in very hot sunny days I might have to cover with a tarp. I believe it is what is used to raise ginseng.
