I've tried different ways...ground up ham..tried baloney once..Used hard boiled eggs..miracle whip,
mustard..minced dill pickle..this and that. Either not sweet enough or kinda sour...
Anyone have better recipe?...thx

I use ground ham, shredded cheese, mayo and sweet pickle, cut fine. I have on occasion cubed up some boiled eggs to throw in, but only if I have them handy.

Ground ham, cream cheese, mayo and sweet pickle relish here. Sometimes I add salt, garlic powder or cloves, depending on the ham used.

I have never had ham salad. I just may have to try it.
