Hello from not-so-sunny western Maine !

I've been reading this forum for a while, and finally joined to ask a few questions of my own.

DH and I spent a few years working professional jobs before jumping ship to take a gamble in the woods. We'll see how it pans out, but our goal is to at least achieve a small-scale homestead.

Look forward to learning as much as I can, hopefully the easy way - from other people.

Rime, welcome! I would love to hear about your learning process in the upcoming years.

I don't think there is an easy way but folks here are glad to share their know how and it can be invaluable.
