Greenhouse/ Grow Tunnel Help --anyone else on the side of really big hill?

OK I am planning to start building my grow tunnel. I have one issue I still have not resolved for myself yet...siting. My property is severely sloping, I haven't measured it but I would say at about 30 plus degrees on the east- west axis (probably 45 in some areas). In my garden I have my beds running north-south for water run off/ soil erosion, which won't be a huge issue in the tunnel. What would you do? Run it N-S or deal with the slope?
