    Serious graining.

Prime requires a ton of fat cover to extend hang time and a ton of marbeling. Ya gotta love fat to love prime.

A prime ribeye is sinful in the amount of fat that make the marbeling.

I can hear my arteries closing...... :) :)

To help keep those arteries open, eat plenty of [1] cold water fish -- or grass fed only beef -- or cod liver oil and supplement with [2]mega-doses of vitamin C, some proline, and lysine, maybe some [3] flush-free niacin. See the research of Drs. Linus Pauling and Mattias Rath on the internet about the second of these suggestions.

The problem is grass fed beef and prime graded beef are ont he opposite ends of spectrum. I was jsut wondering how the producers get their beef to grade prime.
