Any idea on how to get a cow to grade out as prime?
good breeding and lottsa corn
Prime requires a ton of fat cover to extend hang time and a ton of marbeling. Ya gotta love fat to love prime.
A prime ribeye is sinful in the amount of fat that make the marbeling.

To help keep those arteries open, eat plenty of  cold water fish -- or grass fed only beef -- or cod liver oil and supplement with mega-doses of vitamin C, some proline, and lysine, maybe some  flush-free niacin. The problem is grass fed beef and prime graded beef are ont he opposite ends of spectrum. I was jsut wondering how the producers get their beef to grade prime.
