Got my map; got my credit card

    Im ready for freedom. I have my plane tickets, my credit card, map and rental car. I am flying into Ok city; looking for jobs and land. Think Ill head to the southeast first and then work my way toward toward the handle.

    Check the Chandler area. It's on the turnpike (near it) between OKC and Tulsa. Close enough to get work either place but the land is cheap and there are still rolling hills and trees.

    Hi~

    I just saw a sign today on the side of the road that said "Land for Sale"

    I must tell you that in NW Okla even if the surface sells, sometimes they dont sell the mineral rights.... (dont know if it is like this in other places!)

    lemme look in the paper for land around here.... will post again in a bit!

    These are all auctions

    March 25 80 acres...minerals sell separately (active production well)

    April 1st @ 10:30am 3 different tracts of lands.....minerals sell too

    April 1st @ 10am 4 differentfarm parcels...with 3 parcels the minerals are retained for 15 yrs by the seller...on the 4th one only 1/2 of the minerals are offered for sale
    April 22 320 acres

    sometime in April 200 acre cropland

    sometime in May 1120 acre improvements, native & imp grasses, exc hunting

    There are some in each Wednesday paper here....some of this is Woods County and some is Harper Co, Kansas
