How much do you think it would cost? Cheaper then buying a set of plans?

    Thanks

If you want a good deal, Kent homes sells modular homes, you can get a small one and add on to it. Resale would be no problem. Irving owns Kent, and they are cheap because they use canadian lumber. That's what we did and I know I could sell this tomorrow and be OK.

I can't help but, always look at those floor plans and think how much space they waste when they try to design a small home like a large one.

It just doesn't work. I think they should take ideas from the tumbleweed guy or look at any RV for ideas on making a real livable space with a minimum sq footage.
