I guess I'm still old fashioned in my way of thinking--instead of selling the land locally via local media, by using the Internet the sellers are attempting to reach out to buyers from other areas that probably don't know the true value of what the land should be able to be purchased for. Hence a form of price gouging. I'm always skeptical of pricing of such items being sold via the Internet.
