    Harvest the deer instead.

Get some dogs! I honestly expected the deer to clean out my graden when I first planted one last year. Our neighbor is always complaining about the deer, turkey, coons, etc. that get into his garden...and his is fenced! No fence around mine and no critters either! Only thing I can figure out is the eight dogs keep everything away...even at night when the dogs are in the house the deer, etc. can smell the dog scent and stay away.

Now...if only dog scent would keep BUGS away!
