What is her due date? I would be a little concerned if any of my girls refused food, especially if they refused their favorite treats.
If this were my girl, I would take her temp.
Also I'd probably glove up and GENTLY insert a finger or two. Sometimes that can start the process back up.
If you truly believe she was in labor and is due and there's something wrong - you may need to get a vet to take a look or perhaps a goat mentor?
