I don't own goats but my dad does and he wanted me to ask you all about a 3 yr old neutered billy nubie boar mix that is having seizures. I'd appreciate any help.
    Thanks

    Need more info.

off feed? foaming at the mouth? standing or not? Temp? shallow breathing?

    Moldy feed?
    Poisoning?
Any other goats sick in the herd?

He's eating good. No foaming at the mouth, no shallow breathing and no temp.
He is standing and no other goats sick. He's fed soy bean gulliton or shelled corn. But he's not as fat as the others.

Did you check the hay for mold?

Does he pee okay? Is he hunching and nothing coming out? Boy goats can get urinary calculi from too much grain....less grain and ammonium chloride suppliments

encephalitis will cause seizures....alot of mosquitos around there?

    Anyone else have any ideas?

Remember that rabies can cause seizures, and act with due caution until you've established that it's something else.
