  1. Does anyone know where I can find out what price I should ask for my garlic when I go to sell it? Thanks for any help.

Wholesale is 1.00 per lb., I would try the vegetable and fruit stands.

We sell braided strands of garlic at our corn stand for $8.00. The strands have 10 bulbs of garlic on them. Very good seller. If we were closer to a city we would be able to get more but out in the country this seems to be about as high as we can ask for.

Good luck and let us know how you do...Laurie

....each year in Hills, BC there is a huge Garlic Festival. I always try to pick up new varieties for seed--I pay $1.00 per head for seed garlic which is the biggest and the best each grower has.
Otherwise, the price is about .50 per head.
