I had a gallon of milk in the freezer longer than I should have I guess. It is separated now and I'm at a loss as to what to do with it. What would you do with a whole gallon of the stuff? Baking is great but it is too hot do do much baking these days. Not sure if it would work well for pudding or anything like that. It is 1% milk on top of it so it isn't very thick.

I don't think it was the length of time that it was frozen, milk just seems to do that. I just shake it up then use it. Whole milk is the worst for seperating.
Hope this helps
