I had a gallon of milk in the freezer longer than I should have I guess. It is separated now and I'm at a loss as to what to do with it. What would you do with a whole gallon of the stuff? Baking is great but it is too hot do do much baking these days. Not sure if it would work well for pudding or anything like that. It is 1% milk on top of it so it isn't very thick.
