Can I roast my spaghetti squash and then freeze? I have several left and don't think I can eat another one for a bit.

Why not? Squash is squash.

I freeze squash after cooking it, for pies, to carmalize in brown sugar, etc.

I have done this with spaghetti squash and it worked great. I also freeze summer squash - I use that mostly in soups and casseroles.

How long will it keep in its natural state? Like winter squash?
