If somebody touched her nipple she'd be the first one to scream to high heaven about being violated. I dont buy her horse poop for one second.
I would find it just as unacceptable if a woman walked up to a bare chested man and groped his chest.
After all these years, adults should understand that touching another adult's body parts without consent is unacceptable.

If somebody walked up and touched your arm or your hand as a gesture of greeting or friendship you'd have a completely different reaction...proving that the 'nipple' is not just some puritanical social construct. Agreed?
If so, then we have to acknowledge that the nipple or breast is a "private part". Not the same as exposing or touching a hand or an arm. Therefore ideas of privacy and modesty surrounding breasts and other parts are not simply made up social conventions they reflect our instinctual, and natural human sensibilities.

A small arm or hand touch is known acceptable greeting or way to get someone's attention. Even then a better way should be found if you don't know the person.
Touching their butt, neck, stomach, face, etc. is not. In fact touching someone at all without their permission is never acceptable. Do you grab someone's hand to shake it if they don't offer it?

Nope. Touching or not touching is a cultural thing too, not just a social convention, and it isn't always a modesty thing. Cultures are different in every country.
In my culture, and WR's culture, and the culture that PW was raised in, the entire body is private and untouchable. The nipple or breast is no more or less private than any other part of the body. You can look but not touch. It's not socially or culturally acceptable for anybody without permission to touch any other person on any part of their body. Depending on the level of acquaintanceship and permissions given or not given, to touch someone on the hand or arm or anywhere else might be asking for a criminal charge of physical assault. Or asking to get their hand broken.
I'm not saying that it happens often, just that it can happen and in the culture everybody understands that.

Baloney, it absolutely does matter where. If somebody wants your attention and taps you on the shoulder would you freak out and accuse that person of sexually assaulting you? If so you would be considered mentally unstable.

Thats nothing to do with the discussion. I asked if you considered a polite tap on the shoulder as a sexual assault.
This is where we go with moral relativism. The idea that you can reduce all things down to nothing, it eventually leads to absurdity. EVERYONE reading this knows that a tap on the shoulder and a boob grab are lightyears apart...whether you admit it or not is only a matter of your willingness to be honest on this forum.
Regardless of what any of you say now, your reaction to being tapped on the shoulder would be completely different from having your breasts tapped. You would be outraged if you were touched on the breast by a stranger...and rightly so, because the breast is different. Your reaction would prove my argument. You all know Im right but you'll continue to deny in order to preserve your fantasyland nonreality worldview.

You're the one speaking nonsense and you're exposing yourself to sound like an uncivilized barbarian. There's no good reason for anyone to touch or tap somebody on the shoulder to get their attention. Coming up to someone and tapping them is a physical assault. If somebody taps me on the shoulder or any other part of my body they are attacking me. I'll knock their hand away hard enough to seriously hurt them. Maybe I'll do worse depending on how hard they tap me. If somebody knocks my boobs together then they'll be doing me a serious injury. Then I'll break both of their knee caps and their balls to boot when they're down on the ground, I'll make sure I permanently incapacitate them. Then I'll call the cops to come take my report of self defense against assault and take the assailant away.

Buttocks is a private area too. You shouldnt be fine with it, all of which proves my point. You want to reduce everything down to nothing and then rebuild it in an image that suites you. But the reality is nature defines our reality, not you or me.
Why is being touched on the stomach different from being touched on the breast, get touched and see your own reaction for an answer. Thats the natural effect of the human condition, not a "puritanical construct". It lies at the core of who you are and what you are, and its the reason why men are men and women are women...no matter how much you want to change that.

If that works for you, that's great. I'm no where near that aggressive and never have been. Perhaps we work in different enviroments but I'm outside and the guys have equipment running, I have absolutely no problem making sure I get their attention and quite often that does mean a hand on someone's shoulder. It's literally safety protocol Plan B to ensure that the individual who didn't hear my voice, does know how many people are on site so nobody gets injured. I expect the same from the guys and it has happened more times than I could possibly count but at no time has any one of us felt compelled to harm another.
I'm also unsure about the belief that all Canadians are the same and while I have never felt the need to paw or maul a stranger, I'm pretty touchy and it's not uncommon for my people to greet each other with a hug or place a hand on their arm to catch their attention.
