yes, I had trouble finding mineral they would eat too until I tried this stuff. Made by Land O' Lakes, smells great and sheep love it. $C20 per 25 kilogram bag. From memory about equal parts calcium and phosphorous (about 12% each) and also contains sodium which the tag says is equivalent to about 14% salt. I use loose salt but if the mineral is available they will not eat much salt. My small bales of clover hay were salted when I put them in the barn but the big round bales of grass hay I am feeding now were not salted of course so the sheep may be needing more salt but I'm surprised they go after the mineral first.
If I feed it free choice, 120 sheep will eat a bag a week...if I limit feed it, the latecomers do not get any.
Think I'll give Land O' Lakes a call and see what they say.
thanks
