I have seen federal job openings for counselors specializing in PTSD for locations all over the country. I like that they are using peer counselors and I wonder if a peer counselor teamed with a professional counselor would be the way to go.
It is good that they are being pro-active this time. It shows that they might have learned something and all the vets who went before have taught them that this type of service is a necessity.
