I also finished clipping the baby quilt that I made from our quilt swap squares. Here are the pictures. It is very heavy and will make a great quilt to lay on in the floor. I haven't washed either of them yet to really rag them out, will wait until I can take them to the laundry. Just wanted to share with you all. Marilyn
Gorgeous! So wonderful that you finished this quilt. And I love it with the rag look. I was thinking about making mine to send to an expecting friend... Think I will get it done, you have inspired me!
It seems heavy to me. I put a layer of flannel on the back, and a cotton batting in the middle, and then when I ragged the top, it just seems really thick and heavy to me. But I really like it that way myself, just didn't know about wrapping it around a tiny baby. It should be really warm when you need it. Marilyn
