How do you make your own CS?
Another anti-viral is Thieves Oil. You can buy it pre-made or you can blend your own. Equal parts of these essential oils: eucalyptus, clove, lemon, cinnamon and rosemary. Then use it sparingly on your hands, clothes, misters, nebulizers, etc. If you do a google on the Oil of the 4 Thieves, it's pretty interesting. Working here so far.
