i visited some friends and took some seeds from some flowers they had in their garden. i never saw these before and had no camera so i was hoping for some help on the ID.

the plant had leaves that resembled hemp on the bottom. they stayed basically low to the ground and had stems up to a foot in length. each leaf had five leaflets and were rough on the edges.

the plant had one main stalk. the ones i saw were about 3 feet high, but i was told they grow higher. there were little leaflets all along the stem and it reminded me of brussel's sprouts. there were single petaled flowers that were hanging on @ 8 inch stems. when the flowers were done, i guess they formed a string bean shaped pod full of little seeds.

all in all, you look at the base and see 5 leaflets leaves low to the ground (kinda) then you see a long main stem with "string bean" pods on 8 inch stems hanging below the fresh single flowered pink blooms at the top.

    any ideas?
