One of our hens was walking around with her neck at an odd angle, kind of drooping down, then the next day she was laying in the corner with apparently no muscle control in her neck, if I picked her up it just hung there. Her eyes were open and apparently aware but no control of her head. That lasted two days. Then all of a sudden she's walking around again, head a bit droopy but then the next day walking around normal, like nothing happened. Now, a week later she's droopy again.

What is this condition? and is there any treatment?

Going to need some pics.

Is it truly floppy or being held in the position you're seeing it? There are multiple things that can cause it, head injury, nutrition, poisoning.

Wry neck is common, more in younger stock I've seen from experience but Robin's right it could also be poisoning, injury or disease.
