I scavenged all of the remaining jalepeno peppers at the end of the season and took them to a co- worker that has a smoker going every weekend. The smoked peppers got chased to every corner of the kitchen, and I had to be careful not to toss them. My plan was to make adobo sauce, but it takes me awhile to get into the kitchen.
I am going to put the peppers in small baggies and freeze them. --If they make it that far. I shouldn't have tasted a sample. And if shouldn't have offered some to DS. It is an amazing flavor.
