I have found that Smart wool, despite being $20+ a pair, wear out in a year.
I want to try something that might last a little longer. Wishful thinking, perhaps.

Any suggestions?

...or, if you learn to knit. :)
I do know how to knit....one stitch, knit stitch. I know I should learn more. My DH is always telling me he knows I could do it since he remembers when I didn't even know knit.
I see this coming at me from all angles now.
Okay, universe, fine, I will attempt a new stitch.

Thanks for your part in this CF 😁

My knitting friend said when she first started, she would make 2 socks, but the sizes never matched. She said she finally got it beat when she started both socks at the same time (different set of needles). She would work first 10-12 rows on one, then the first 10-12 rows on the second one. She rotated back and forth between the two socks and finally got them to match in size.
