1st timers sorry if this gets gross.
7+ old ewe we adopted has passed her afterbirth... we thought... oh so much...
And now 6 hours later shes still bleeding.

She had triplets, 1 stillborn, other 2 are good, in geet and nursing.

Old momma is a bloody mess along back of udder and legs. Shes very shy and wont let us clean her. The blood is getting on lambs too.

Any advice is welcome

This discharge is called lochia. The uterus cleansing itself; completely normal. Could last a week or so. Not to worry, okay?

Like Nehimama said, it sounds normal so far.
As long as there are no foul odors or large quantities of bright red blood gushing out, there's nothing to worry about.

Congratulations!
I was wondering how it turned out.
