yes you do have a license, no aircondition ,awesome heater though,and most of the m1-a1 and m1-a2 are governed at about 40mph. but they say that when they were testing prototypes that one got close to 200mph before the tracks fell off.
I got to drive M88, M578, M113a1 a2 and a3, and a bridge layer. No shooting tanks, but got to take the M88 and M578 through a mud filled training course . You have to have a military license for each vehicle. Can think of any ground vehicles with A/C exept maybe communication and electronics vehicles.
M1s can't travel 200 mph, the mass of the treads will tear the tracks apart long before that speed.
