Easy fudge recipe

    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 (18 oz.) jar smooth peanut butter
    2 sticks margarine
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 stick margarine

    In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs & and whole jar of peanut butter. Melt 2 sticks margarine & pour over dry mixture. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13" pan. Pat evenly and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

    Melt 1 stick margarine & bag of chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour over peanut butter base.

    Refrigerate for another 1/2 hour before cutting bars. Store in fridge.

    Here's an easy fudge recipe that we just made. It was given by Garrison Keillor on his Prairie Home Companion New Years Eve show.

    2 sticks butter
    12 oz. jar peanut butter
    1# powdered sugar
    1t. vanilla

    Nuke the butter and peanut butter until melted. Mix in sugar and vanilla.
    Press into buttered 8x8 pan and refrigerate until firm. Eat.

    1 bag of choc chips {milk}
    1 can fudge or milk frosting
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.


    cook on stove at low/med til melted constantly stirring in all blended and pour into buttered brownie pan. put in refrig for two hours makes really good fudge.


    aslo works as peanut butter.

    Just eat the chocolate chips. :)

    Easiest ever fudge!

    1 bag of creme drops, melt in pan over low heat or in microwave. Spread in buttered dish let cool and cut! mmmmmmmmmmmmm! Very rich and delicious!
