The last few years my success with layer duck breeds has
increased. Now I'm trying to decide how many breeders to
winter over. Besides the few I like to keep breeding for
purebred stock , I'm not sure who /where might want buying
duck eggs. I have welsh harlequins, black and blue Swedish
lay lots from March to September. The eggs are uniform large
white and delicious, especially in baking. Besides promoting
that angle who'll buy more ? My local market is probably
limited .

Ethnic markets. Asian cooking, in particular, calls for a lot of duck eggs. We have a large international student community around here, you can't have too many duck eggs or meat goats, they buy it all up.

I'd second CL as an easy and cheap way to market them. If you breed for purebreds, there is also a market for eggs to hatch or ducklings to raise.
