    what do others use?
I use a standard syringe to give the girls their Ivermectin oral drench. It's slow but it works. I can control the amount and rate so they don't inhale any or slobber it out. How do the drench guns work?

Drench guns like the ones supplied by Ivomec periodically are as much auto doser syringe with a tube stuck on as anything else. I set mine to the minimum average dose I need and simply squeeze a little more (squeeze twice by as much as needed) or less as needed above or below (squeeze a bit less) that average weight setting. You can squeeze it slowly to control drool losses and the tube lets you position it down thier throats better. I do use a syringle for individual or a few doses. Anything under 10 doses really.

Pipestone vet sells a small drenching gun Sharpvet Dose Syringe (#6998) for $11.35 which is supposed to work better than the standard syringe method. I'm going to order one with my next order and see if it does.
