    :) I lived In NV for over 30 years. It depends completely on where you are thinking of. IT's a big state. If you ask someone what did they think of "California" that would be silly. There's Southern CA, there's the Redwoods, There's the Sierras......Where in the state are you thinking of? Northern NV? South? East? West?

    Hi... I just have moved back to reno after being gone for 8 yrs...

    the prices are outrageous here ... because of a big influx of people moving from california...

    I am working in a real estate office right now.. and you cant touch any property in the reno vacinity unless you have LOTS of money...

    I looked at a property today... 94 acres.. 3 bdrm 2 bath house, barn, etc... $4,600,000.00 is the asking price.

    you really need to find a good realtor, and have them search to meet your needs... and you will have to drill deep for water...

    Tracy, where are you in CA? We are in AZ and had lived in CA. We love the desert and the open spaces. Have you considered AZ?
