I just realized this morning that I'm about to outgrow the coveralls I use for doing chores in the morning. I am wondering if anyone out there makes maternity coveralls? My husbands would work, but they are way too long in the legs and arms for me to fit into comfortably.
You might be able to find maternity coveralls somewhere, but if you can't, try shortening the arms and legs on a pair that otherwise fit. One of hubby's old ones might be a good idea (get him a new pair) because you are only going to need them for a few months anyway. Kathleen
If you don't want to split them down both sides yourself, there is probably a seamstress nearby who will do it for you. If there is a fabric shop in town, inquire within.
better yet, you might ask does any one make a pair of coveralls which can be used by mothers of newborns which allow for public breast feeding without undoing the top. you know some how a button you pop open and waaa lah, out pokes the magic nipple which is then grabbed ahold of by the greedy child
At the end of my pregnancy the only thing that still fit was the overalls I had from JC Penny - they were a lot sturdier than ones from anywhere else.
