The title says it all, curious if you clean off her backside after she kindles? I didn't on the last litter but she's exceptionally messy this time it seems like. Her backside is just stained since she's white and it seems like poop, blood, and other fluids are sticking to her.

Is she sick? Normally they clean themselves.

No not that I'm aware of. She cleaned her face from all the blood but her rump just stayed stained. I don't think she can reach it to clean it.

We don't. They usually take care of it themselves. Although, now that I have thought about it, I haven't really paid that much attention to it to actually notice anything out of the ordinary like that...

Never had any that were noticeably dirty. I had one that got rather swollen and had to have a dose of pain killers but even with her and other stuck kit situations there hasn't been noticeable blood. Are her droppings normal? If she's stained with poop then she may have a digestive problem going on that is dirtying her rear.
