Cypress Mulch Information

    Thanks for that. Cypress trees grow extremely slowly. The article is right. Very few hundreds of acres of virgin cypress exists anymore. Most of it replants that are sold as cypress for lumber. However, most of the damaged cypress will not replace itself because much of it is in uninhabitable swamps.

    Best mulch, pine straw or leaves. They don't kill the trees.
