    I was sitting here thinking that Snowman, or a candycane ( smelling like pepermint) would be cool too!

    What a great idea!!! I'm gonna have to look into making some of those. I have a nephew that has lots of earaches so this may be perfect for him. How would you add the scent, though? I would guess you'd add a little essence oil to the rice and mix.?.?

    Sweet sarah, yes you put rice in a ziplock back with the scent for like 24 hours. then you pour it into your" craft" ;)

    I love this idea! I was reading that using feeder corn in crafts that you heat can develop mold inside on the corn. Does anything similar happen with rice does anyone know? I'm not 100% certain that it does grow on the corn but that's what I read somewhere.
