I have got a cream seperator and have no instructions. Forgot to say it's electric. It weights 60 lbs so I can't move it around. It will have to say where it's at.
Have no idea how to use it. Has anybody got one they use? Do you do fresh milk or what? Can somone help me out? Thanks for all you help in advance. MaryW

I use fresh milk, about 98 degrees. I get more and thicker cream that way. now, call hoegger's goat supply, and they will probably have a direction sheet that they can send you. did you get it off the internet? I always pasturize my milk, and cool it to 98. then put through creamer, I know some people do it warmer, and some cooler.
I am sure if you discribe the creamer to them, they can fix you right up.
