Is there somewhere online with color charts I'm looking for "Tuscan Red" and need to know how close it is to Brick Red or Maroon.

You'd be better off running down to the local hardware and comparing color chips. Colors on the computer are going to be affected by a)the equipment used to scan them in b)your own monitor settings.

Finally found several online color charts and printed them out. I still have no idea what color tuscan red is but I think brick red will have to be close enough. 4 Different color charts 4 different colors. Had to turn "print background" on to printout. Oh well at least I learned something.

    Got to ask -

why does it have to be "Tuscan Red"? did someone see too much HGTV and is trying to reproduce and effect?

I'm painting a train for the Hesston Museum. The engine is from the Soo Line. Not much for interor decorating just history.
