It took years for me to get the combination just right for my family's taste. I combine 2 Tbsp paprika, 2 tsp ground oregano, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 3/4 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. You can use more or less cayenne pepper to your preferred level of heat.
