I made marninated chicken breasts covered in barbaque sauce, fresh green beans and wax beans, yellow summer squash and mashed potatos, jello and homemade banna bread. last night for supper. All the veggies were out of our garden. Tonight we will be having hamburger patties, sweet corn, left over green beans and left over mashed potatos but tonight I will add cheese to the potatos. We also have zuccinni bread tonight.

    We had roasted chicken tonight!

Have you got herbs growing in your garden? I put the chicken in my biggest roast pan, surrounded it with peeled potatoes, and then tied a bunch of chives, tarragon and sage from the garden with a couple more chives and laid it on top of the chicken. Roasted it for an hour, and MMMMMMMmmmmm....

    It was SOOOO good.

    With apple pie for dessert....
