This was built 30 years ago as a coop, then became a garden shed. It is about 15'x20'. I almost tore it down but decided to throw a porch and roof overhang on the front and an entry door on the side (see chickens on the right). They have a nice pen in the back and indoor living whenever it suits them.

You perpetuate a stigma of my, and your, homeland.

If that is yours, please explain the subtleties.
Haha it's not mine, just a picture that I thought someone else may find humor in. There are some buildings like that in my area.. but I don't think they are chicken houses haha

My two:

1st one has a dog kennel attached to back for run now, it's for my free range flock closer to the house. The half you see on door side is coop, other half (and another door on other side)is for feed storage and has access to nesting boxes.

2nd pic is where I keep my 3 other roosters and a hen each to provide me with new chicks. This coop is 200 yards from the house or so and I let them also free range on a 3 day rotation.
