Looking for some input. At what age do you switch chicks from starter to growers or developer rations?

Broilers - Starter for 2 weeks, grower/broiler ration until 8 weeks when I eat them.
Layers - Starter for 2-3 weeks, grower until they are 15 weeks, then 50/50 with layer ration until 16 weeks, then layer ration 17-18 weeks on as they will need that calcium for egg laying at 20 weeks or so.

I generally give them starter until they're fully feathered, then switch to grower.

The chicken feed we have available is starter/grower so I can't switch.

Week 3 is when I start mixing the grower in with the starter and by the end of the week it is switched over completely to grower. I feed grower for week 4 and then I start to mix the grower with wheat and oats.

According to breeders management manuals like Isapoutry, they recommend changing diet when about 80% of the birds have attained a target body weight.
