I am going to try my hand at making cheese. What container is best to do this?
Do ya'll use a glass bowl, pot????

Considering that you have to heat it up on the stove, I'd recommend a stainless steel stock pot. How big of a batch are you making and what type? Definitely go through the recipes several times so you know ahead of time what step comes next!

I am going to try Mozzarella.
I have a stainless steel pasteurizer. When I bought it, I think it advertised you could use it to make cheese but I am clueless as to how.
I would love to make some feta but haven't found a recipe for that yet.
