I have a Nokia 5165P, the unit works for about 1 minute before the screen says, 'discharging', is this just a battery needing replacement, or is there a bigger problem?

Anybody got a cheap place to get a battery?

Your charger might be bad....battery has enough left to power up phone which senses low battery and shuts down

Radio Shack, but that phone is so old you might just as well get a new one. I have the same phone. Cingular/At&T will gove you a Korean (LG) flip phone for free with one year commitment. :goodjob: Wal Mart will have all the accesories that match it (LG) for cheap too.

I leave my charger pluged all the time. It seems that if I leave it un pluged and only plug it in while the phone is charging it get alot better charge.

I'll try charging it with the vehicle charger. What is the normal life of the batteries?
