    Have now had the milk herd dried off since Friday morning........Only milking three does that are for sale. First time we can sleep in since January 1st!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: I actually have evenings to relax after dark. :)

    Yep, I wake up every morning at 5:45 no matter what...the difference is that I can roll over and drift in and out of sleep for the next half hour!! Ahhh, luxury! :)
    Now for worming the herd, trimming all hooves(horrors), and getting the barns cleaned out. :dance:

    Congratulations Emily...I'm down to milking only 2 of our does...
    Pretty sure I've got 'em all bred now too *crosses fingers*
    Then to get that little wether in the freezer...:)

    You have my most sincere condolences. :Bawling:

    I am down to only milking 6 and I thought it would be great but I really miss all the milk!!!

    After milking 75 all year......I'm not the slightest bit sad to dry off my girls....and I don't miss the milk because we are still milking three Jersey cows! :)
    Wish I could've sent some of my extra milk to you!!

    Me too. The very thought of milking 75 is horrendous! Enjoy your break!
